It's Jess with the 411! OK. We went on a family bike ride around the block yesterday, which is about 2.5 miles! I'm not sore at all! Taylor and I were always in the front. There's hills where it goes up, and up, and up, and up, and it never goes down! Its exhausting! Then there's hills that where it goes up gradually and slowly, so your legs get tired, but on the opther side, there's a big huge drop down! o you can get going pretty fast! BTW, Makenna almost wipped out by putting her legs up by the seat! She got in trouble, and the 'rents didn't know, but Taylor and I tried it too, and we didn't fall! Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!
Then, in gym today, I got to run 7 minutes straight! I was sweating like a banshee, and I've like, never sweat like that before! I was in the front of the class again ( as always) and I passed Doug 5 times! Then, when we had to cool off by power-walking, Doug put his arms up behind his head, and I was behind him. I got a peircing spoiled smell of really bad B.O.!!! I walked passed him very quickly thinking to myself, Breath in the mouth, out the nose. It's alright, you'll be fine, just don't look ba-. I told you! Don't look back! I was finally passed him and I indeed got the nice, well, not nice but normal scent of gym back- what a relief!

1. Becareful with what you write on here. EVERYONE can read it - including the person that you write about!!!! You don't want to use this blog as an area to hurt someone's feelings - whether you mean to or not.
2. Becareful with what you say about someone else - when you're doing the same thing. I'm sure if you were sweating like a banshee - you smelled just like a pretty flower - NOT!!!!!
The combination of lifted arms, and lack of deodorant will often result in the piercing smell of really bad BO. I always lay on the anti-stinky arm stuff pretty heavy so people do not walk by me breathing in through their mouths and exhaling out their nose. The embarrassment might cause me to sweat like a banshee.
